No, using the Smart Driver app only results in premium discounts. There is no possibility of a premium increase or other disadvantages from using the app.

Your current status is displayed under "Premium Discounts" in the app. Discounts are processed between the 10th and 15th of the following month and transferred directly to your account. For amounts below €3.00, the discount is applied to the next billing cycle.

After the discount is processed, amounts and corresponding scores are displayed in the app. At the end of the month, you’ll receive a summary of scores and credited discounts.
